Night Porter Job Description
Night Porters are often the first point of contact for guests. Taking responsibility for that initial welcome, the all-important first impressions and taking the opportunity to really get to know the guests and anticipate their needs.
As Night Porter you will be responsible for the hotel security and guest facilities, as part of a night’s team between 11pm and 7am, when service is just as important. You will be calm and responsible and will be on the front line, ensuring standards are maintained at all times and providing the highest standards of guest service.
You must be self-motivated and be an inspirational leader, who believes in delivering the best possible standards in guest service, continually leading your team of by example. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills.
The Night Porter role will involve:
- Directing night business and maintaining, reviewing and preparing the co - ordination of daily business
- Ensuring that unparalleled service is provided to guests throughout the night
As Night Porter you will be passionately committed to delivering the best possible service to all guests.
