Telemarketing Manager

Our client is a rapidly expanding events company who holds business conferences and training. They are looking to recruit a dynamic Telemarketing Manager looking for a new challenge. They have been highly successful in growing their events, but the key tosuccess is being able to deliver a suitable delegate audience for these events. Your role is to manage the telemarket team who speak to delegates who would be interested in attending their events. The company has an excellent reputation and the events theyhold are business critical in the market they serve.
**What is required of a Telemarketing Manager?**
The role would suit someone with experience in leading a sales team. The main requirement is to be a player-manager and be happy to lead by example. You must be highly articulate and skilled in dealing with people in high-level positions to maximise sales growth.Experienced in managing and motivating a small team whilst training, setting KPIs and hitting targets. Although you will start with a small team, the aim will be to grow this in time. As the Manager, you will be required to attend their events in the UK tooversee, alongside the Events Manager.
**About You**
Previous Telemarketing managerial experience or similar
