Lead Iqa

Job Role:
Responsible for the internal quality assurance process across the apprenticeship division, overseeing the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity, processes and standardisation to improve quality standards. To ensure these processes support timely and compliant achievement of apprenticeships and qualifications in line with funding and awarding organisation standards.

This role is currently 70% IQA duties and 30% Development Coach duties and requires excellent time management skills with an ability to priorities outcomes for learners.
- Strong working knowledge of ESFA, OFSTED, Awarding organisations, the apprenticeship sector and funding guidelines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and customer focused
- Experience of quality assurance, quality inspections and ESFA compliance
- Experience of managing quality processes to ensure high retention, success rates and consistency is maintained
- Vocational competence in Customer Service, Business Administration, Management, Recruitment and sales
- essential
- Vocational competence in Management L5, Warehousing or PMO desirable
- Relevant Assessor, IQA and teaching and learning qualifications
- English and Maths to at least Functional skills level 2 (or equivalent)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
