**About being an Industrial Recruitment Consultant**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Livingston Blue Arrow branch to grow a warm Industrial desk supplying temporary industrial and van driving staff to clients.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after completion of training. **We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively developing new and existing **Industrial **business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales call and marketing activities
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings
- Working to sales targets and increasing the revenue on your desk
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary **Industrial and van driving temp **staff
- Service management - compliance and payroll administration, updating systems

**About You**:
**An experienced Recruitment Consultant who has strong relationship building and sales skills with the ability and drive to grow a warm Industrial desk OR you can join us as Trainee Recruitment Associate if you have a business to business sales background and the passion to create a career within the recruitment industry.**
