We are seeking an experienced HR data analytics person to join a small team that, along with other HR services, provides workforce business intelligence and performance data to support Human Resources and corporate planning and decision making.

The role will be responsible for all requests for HR data, utilising Business Objects to extract and analyse data from our iTrent HR/Payroll system, ensuring that statutory and public sector data returns are delivered, overseeing workforce metrics, and for ensuring management information is generated and distributed on time. Direct experience with Business Objects is an advantage but training can be provided, however you will need to have experience of extracting, analysing and reporting data from an HR and/or payroll system.

The role will also take part in the wider work of the team, including job evaluation and assisting with terms and conditions reviews, and will manage the HR Business Intelligence Apprentice.
