Graphic Designer

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone bright and creative to join our Group Marketing team as a Graphic Designer.

Our team includes Designers, Content Creators, Marketing Strategists and Web Developers. Our clients are mainly the IRIS Software Marketing teams, Product teams and Operational teams.

**Please note**:this position is a 9/12 month Fixed Term Contract.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Graphic Designer in this team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Creating design projects across a wide range of software products and services in the Education, Accountancy and HCM (Human Capital Management) sectors
- Bringing highly conceptual and creative solutions to the table, taking briefs and delivering/presenting ideas directly to internal clients
- Working to deadlines and budgets to produce high-quality designs
- Establishing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders to agreed deliverables.

**What are we looking for?**

We're looking for someone with the following skills, competencies and experience:

- Significant Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud experience - including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience designing content across different media, including print and digital/web design
- Substantial portfolio of B2B commercial projects
- Strong typographical skills
- Experience using Adobe XD/Experience Design, After Effects or Premiere Pro (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relationship-building/collaborative working with internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure/meet deadlines.
