**Sales Team Advisor**

**Location**:Bristol

**Hours**:16 hours per week, consisting of 2 x 8 hour shifts Monday - Saturday. You will work shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.

**Salary**:£22,000 - £25,000 full time equivalent

**The Role**

You'll be an essential part of a highly skilled team, aiding internal and external customers with booking their room, managing their viewing, and getting students located in their perfect new home. It's an exciting place to be, you'll be working in a team environment committed to supporting our customer's and selling them their new home.

**What you'll be doing**
- Focused on handling sales related queries and following up on all sales leads.
- Adhering to a sales target and able to achieve a financial benefit as a result.
- You will be the ambassador for our brand - proactively selling our rooms across the portfolio, understanding our campaigns and brand initiatives and speaking confidently about what living with Unite Students is like
- Responding to queries on the phone and through our live chat portal
- Providing customers with timely and accurate information; adhering to any timeframes provided for resolution
- Adhering to internal policies, toolkits and training materials - utilising these to full advantage to ensure queries are fully dealt with
- Keeping relevant internal systems up-to-date, with accurate information - in line with GDPR and customer security policies
- Following internal escalation procedures if a query cannot be resolved first time
- Represent our customers voice at all levels, assisting with suggesting and implementing any improvements
- Follow our in-houseService Style approach

**What we're looking for in you**
- We are looking for sales orientated individuals with an abundance of enthusiasm for making our customers feel well supported
- You'll be someone who can deliver high quality interactions and commit to taking ownership of any issue and utilising all available resource to resolve them first time
- You'll be target driven and ready to perform to departmental Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
- You'll have a great team spirit, ready on time, for each shift and demonstrating an understanding of the impact your personal adherence and work has on our team
- You'll be open to receiving and working on feedback, striving to be better and achieve to your full potential
