Your responsibilities

KEY OBJECTIVES
- To produce assembled products of high quality to an agreed production plan.
- To be actively involved in the improvement of quality and reduction in manufacturing costs.
- To identify and report faults or problems and contribute to acceptable solutions.
- To be responsible for the stripping down, cleaning, preparation and storage of all equipment received in for refurbishment in line with SOPs and HS&E requirements

As well as the above key objectives, you will be expected to carry out other duties that can reasonably be assessed as part of your role.

CORE SKILLS

Must have:
Recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship or experience.

Advanced ability to read engineering drawings

Ability to read Pneumatic schematics

Experience in pneumatic/hydraulic pipe-work.

Recognised training in slinging and lifting

Recognised training in manual handling

Desirable:
Ability to read Electrical drawings

A current forklift drivers licence.
