**Duties**:

- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning mirrors, windows, glass surfaces and office furniture (glass building)
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Ensuring all chemicals are used and stored safely according to COSHH regulations
- Replenishing soaps, toilet rolls and hand towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- General tidying up of work
- Undertake cleaning to a high standard in designated areas

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills

**Monday - Friday 16 hours a week** (preferable morning hours)

For example:
Monday 7:45am-11:45am, Tuesday - Friday 7:45am-10:45am

All applicants must be able to provide reference contacts covering at least the last 2 years, and **all applicants will be required to pass an on-site alcohol/drugs test prior to commencing work.**
