Qshe Advisor

We are Dalkia a facilities maintenance company. We have a great opportunity for a permanent, full time QSHE Advisor, to be based at our EDF Energy site at Sizewell.

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**The Role**
- Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
- Demonstrate safe practices of working and challenge any unsafe behaviours.
- Assist in the “Setting to Work” of staff and contractors.
- Training staff/contractors on Health & Safety topics/initiatives.
- Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and “adding value” that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc.
- Working collaborating as a team to deliver avery improving service.
- Deliver a right first-time service in line with contractual requirements.
- Be flexible to allow us to meet the changing needs of the client.
- Maintain a consistently high professional standard, no matter how big or small the task.
- Provide a high-level customer service and deal with complaints and enquires in a considerate manner.
- Act responsible and be respected and trusted to deliver the service.
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with the guiding principles.

**Essential**
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent

**Desirable**
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- PTTLS
- Environmental Awareness
- Training experience
