As major donor fundraisers, we have the joy of helping to make that happen.We're at an exciting stage in the Partnerships team at Tearfund, as we reach out to a wider range of major donors, trusts and foundations in Northern Ireland and seek to secure larger gifts to enable Tearfund to help more people. We have the privilege of working with a wide range of funders, as well as Tearfund field staff, technical experts and leadership team. We enable funders to connect with the issues they are passionate about and to challenge the injustices they see.

**Good relationships are key to what we do** - both internally and externally - so building connections in both spheres is key to this role.

**Hybrid working**: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.

**Please note: This is a fixed term, part time role working 21 hours per week. The full time**
**salary**
**is £39,504 per annum and £23,702 per annum part time.**
- The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding issues. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure_
