**The Role**

As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Head Chef with leading the Food & Beverage department for the Restaurant, Bar, Roof-Terrace, Meeting Rooms, and all other food & beverage facilities within the complex. You will serve customer orders and deliver drinks, coffee or food to their table, designated desks, office, lounge areas, or in the restaurant itself. As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible to ensure that the restaurant is being maintained in an efficient manner, and to ensure the quality of food served and cleanliness are of the highest standards.
- Duties include:_
- Supervise the Restaurant, Bar, and Lounge area to ensure that standards of service are being met and adhered to.
- You will be responsible for taking customer orders, delivering them to the correct table or office area, and clean any spillages or table areas that are no longer being used by a customer.
- Deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, anticipating their needs, to leave them with a positive experience.
- Support with opening and closing checklists, and ensure they’re always adhered to.
- Produce consistent well-created and beautifully presented coffees.
- Take client orders, receive payment, provide customer receipts, and obtain Company copy receipts for billing purposes.
- Maintain a clean and sanitised working environment.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to improve and enhance the guest experience in all Food & Beverage areas.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure that everything is correct on the order and restock the items in the relevant areas. You must ensure that all food items are stored correctly, to prevent spillage.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
- Always maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Assist with stock rotation, to ensure that the stock isn’t going to waste and in line with profit margins.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef with updating and maintaining the rota on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure all production will be carried out, in line with appropriate food portion control.
- General:

- Dress code is professional attire and will be required to be worn at all times. Uniform will be provided.

- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 year’s experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor or similar
- Leadership skills

- A confident, friendly and personable manner
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience within the hospitality industry

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
