**Role Overview.....**
The PA to the Board provides administrative support (business or personal) to a dynamic executive team - CEO, CFO, CIO and Director of People and Talent.
They are also an integral member of the Office Management Team and will be a key part of keeping the office functioning well.
The PA to the Board is expected to maintain the highest standards of communication, relationship building and integrity in all interactions - internally and externally.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Support and enable Board members to achieve more on a day-to-day basis
- Organise and schedule meetings, including venue booking for day and overnight meetings, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes during meeting.
- Manage diaries and schedules
- Building a strong working relationship with all company departments - including external consultants
- Ensure Board members are fully prepared for meetings, including preparation of background materials as requested
- Support on travel as required
- Work with the Office Management Team to ensure successful day to day running of of the office
- Assisting with budget management, including raising PO's and proofing invoices
- Assisting with personal tasks including restaurant reservations, personal correspondence etc.
Additional responsibilities: answering phones, tending to guests in the office (including F&B preparation), inbox management and general correspondence.
Note: this role would also serve as back up to the PA to the Chairman when they are out of office
**Essential Skills**:
- BA level degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Significant previous experience in a Personal Assistant role or similar relevant experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in basic Microsoft products - word, excel, power-point
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly - without fear
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of additional IT systems including Sharepoint, Smartsheet, Teams, SAP Concur
