**Role Information**
- Being the first point of contact for raising sales/ income invoices and credit control for a revenue area of the company.
- Raising and sending invoices in a timely manner.
- Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
- Responding to client queries
- Maintain customer relations
- Reconciling accounts
- Providing administrative support to finance team
- Reducing debtors’ ‘Days Sales Outstanding’
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure cash is collected and warn them of potential credit risk
- Allocating cash book receipts
- Dispute further credit with stakeholders if customer is of concern.
- Attend relevant debtor meetings with line manager.
**GENERIC DUTIES**
- Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
