**What you'll be doing**:
Based at the head office in Chertsey Surrey, the Compliance Advisor: Programme and Projects is a role within Group Ethics & Integrity (“E&I”) with the responsibility of supporting ongoing management and development on E&I programme with regards to engagement, communication, awareness and training, content creation, and ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

**Specific accountabilities include**:
Develop innovative and creative content for E&I communication and awareness such as internal engagement notes and stakeholder communications

Support with developing training content and material with internal teams and external specialist providers (animators, video producers and communications agencies)

Analyse and report on training effectiveness and completion

Support with campaign design and launch materials for training and awareness using E&Is learning management platform and help administer and maintain other E&I technologies

Support and coordinate annual E&I survey

Liaise with countries to track and collate evidence and feedback relating to E&I programme implementation

Support and assist across E&I projects, priorities, and initiatives

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders

Develop methodologies and processes for prioritisation and scheduling of projects.

**Who you are**:
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have:
Minimum university/degree level education with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or a role with transferrable skills and experience

Skills and experience in supporting on projects relating to communication, awareness and training is desirable

Working knowledge of enterprise ethics and compliance functions is desirable

Creative mind who can clearly summarise, communicate and engage with colleagues and stakeholders

Strong client-facing approach and internal communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

Process oriented with great documentation skills and attention to detail

Inclusive and flexible style with an openness to receive and provide feedback

Strong work ethics and the ability to multitask

Strong written English language and presentation skills

Exemplary and unquestionable personal integrity

Excellent active listening and communication skills

Additional language(s) is advantageous, especially Spanish, German, Turkish and/or Arabic.
