**Carpenter/Multi Skilled Trades Persons, Self Employed**

For refurbishment projects nationally

Rate: £160 to £180 per day depending on experience.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Skilled trades person to work with a growing Company with work nationwide

What we are looking for;
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 2/3 Qualification or equivalent.
- CSCS card preferred
- A strong background in Carpentry.
- A good knowledge of other trades, i.e Painting and Decorating and Plumbing.
- Experience of working in occupied and unoccupied environments.
- At least 3 years proven track record in refurbishment.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- Have own transport and tools.
- Right to live/work in the UK
- Full clean Driving License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £160.00-£180.00 per day

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
