'''Duties''' - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to established recipes and standards - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately - Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce age restrictions - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly '''Skills''' - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices - Familiarity with bar equipment, such as blenders, shakers, and glassware - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Salary**: £6.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
