School Partnership Liaison Officer

**Potential duties**:

- Be present during daily run down of new Admissions learner - also participate and communicate any relevant information if necessary
- Establish interviews/reviews every term
- Liaise with Customer Service Team and Teaching Team with regards to updates on students
- Liaise/speak to schools and parents with regards to student progress
- Identify impact on students
- Create reports for senior management team when requested/required
- Be the 1st point of contact for the Director of Operations and School Partnership Executive
- Establish conversations and support schools/parents
- Understand EIF
- Identify and monitor students coming off seats
- Look at impact statements
- Follow progression of students
- Review students
- Track and report on impact of teaching and learning progress for SEND, behaviour and attendance for students under Admissions
- Focus on the needs of all students
- Work with schools with regards to their school improvement plans
- Report to staff students on EHCP, LAC or child in need

**Person Specifications Essential**:

- Due to the nature of the role and data you will have access to, you must be eligible to gain a FULL and ENHANCED DBS check
- Maths and English GCSE Level C or above - Or equivalent
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to professionals of all levels
- Intermediate or better understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi task
- Flexible and motivated team member
- Follow instruction and be prepared to develop and grow
- Full and also clean driving license

**Knowledge and Skills - Desirable**
- Sound basic knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and strategies for identifying SEN or very able pupils
- Identifying termly any pupils who are vulnerable and communicating them through the school system
- Understand key skills and the wider skills

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
