**Responsibilities**:

- Perform scalp micropigmentation procedures to provide clients with realistic and natural-looking hair restoration results.
- Learn and master the scalp micropigmentation procedure if not already familiar with it, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Comfortably participate in video and photo shoots for social media platforms to showcase our work and engage with our community.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their hair loss concerns, explain the procedure, and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and customize hairline patterns and shading to match clients' natural hair colour and style, ensuring personalized and satisfying results.
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols during all procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and recommendations to clients for optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, documenting treatment details and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or training in scalp micropigmentation techniques is preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and master the procedure is essential.
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail and precision to create natural-looking hairlines and shading.
- Comfortable being in videos and photos for social media content creation and promotional purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct consultations effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business, including occasional weekends or extended hours.
