Thanks to our valued Community Transport service, those older and more vulnerable in our community can continue an active lifestyle attending our Centres for the Community, classes, support groups, and medical appointments.

We are looking for someone with Community Transport experience/knowledge, who will ensure all our clients are in a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.

**About you**
- You will assist the Transport Manager and the wider transport office to deliver a high-quality transport service.
- To process administrative work associated with transportation, including assisting with ad-hoc and planned vehicle maintenance.
- Manage multiple logistic tasks concurrently and in conjunction with the Transport Manager proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
- You will work with the Transport Manager and Senior Lead Scheduler to maintain regular communication with drivers, suppliers and customers including involvement with the scheduling and deployment of fleet.
- Assist in the co-ordination of drivers, vehicles, and passengers, and produce day to day scheduling for the team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- You will have good time management skills, be able to navigate and work effectively in a busy, client facing service.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and exceptional customer-facing skills, you will be able to communicate with a variety of different clients, customers, and staff.
- You will be willing to work as part of a team.
- You will have the smile, the caring attitude, and the commitment to customer service that will make all the difference to our residents’ day.

- You will be working with a dedicated team, committed to doing their best for the older and vulnerable adults and children in our community.
- You will be based at our transport depot at the River Mole Business Park in Mill Road Esher.
