Joining a successful global business in their offices near Cosham. You will be responsible for a variety of regional HR duties including being the first point of contact for any HR queries, providing advice to managers on any employee relation matters, aswell as policies and procedures for a variety of HR sections. You will also maintain and develop communications regarding agendas, regional conferences and learning events and take on project management of topics such as engagement and wellbeing. You willuse HR systems to access, input and compile data and find any inefficiences / identify opportunities for improvement.
The company are seeking someone with good HR generalist knowledge and experience, as well as knowledge of UK employment legislation. You will be able to communicate effectively with everyone within the business and be confident managing employee relations.Ideally you will be available to start in January 2023, for a year long maternity cover.
The company can consider those looking for circa 30 hours a week and upwards. The company works on a hybrid basis with a 60:40 split.
