Job Introduction

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Landmarc Support Services. As the Site Operative based at West Tofts, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance but mainly cleaning on the estate, you will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This role is full-time, based on 37 hours per week. You may be required to be flexible in your approach.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the camp general maintenance, house keeping, waste services and sustainability tasks.

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective site delivery e.g. handover/ take back of facilities with service users

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Collection of waste from our three camps (West Tofts, Wretham and Bodney)

Using plant and machinery to sort waste

Health and Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Great communication with customers

Full UK Driving Licence

Work in a diverse multi tasking mobile team environment

Basic laboring, caretaking and housekeeping skills

Waste services

Ability to complete documentation

Basic IT skills

Willing or to be vaccinated against work place risks; keep tetanus and polio vaccinations up to date, and participate in company instigated vaccination programmes where there is a recognised health risk in your role e.g. Hepatitis A and B

Fork lift licence desired but not essential as full training provided.

Experience working in a waste services desired but not essential as full training provided.

This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
