Sue Ross Recruitment are working alongside an international heating and hot-water solutions company in the recruitment of an administrator to work within their Sheffield based office as part of their small but expanding team.

Responsibilities include:

- Liaising with customers & clients and assisting with enquiries.
- Updating inhouse systems with client and customer enquiries.
- Navigating inhouse systems for stock item availability.
- Using Sage 50 to input orders.
- Sending and receiving invoices between agents and accounts teams.
- Occasional assistance with sales queries.
