Junior Recruiter

**Job function**:
As a Junior Recruiter for our Project Resources team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our recruitment process is efficient and of the highest professional standard. Your main responsibility will be to support the Recruitment Team by handling various recruitment and administrative tasks. This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers and other departments to achieve our staffing goals.

This is a full-time position based at our Bromley office (UK).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create compelling job adverts based on manager requirements and company standards, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, verify qualifications, and assess alignment with role and company culture.
- Provide hiring managers with recommendations based on interview assessments.
- Assist in drafting employment offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Available for full-time employment at our office in Bromley, Greater London, UK.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and proficiency in navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships and expand professional networks.
- Current experience in a Recruitment/Sales focused role.
- English at intermediate level (writing & speaking).
