There will also be an opportunity to assist in our production process and involve yourself in areas of the business in a smaller capacity, for example processing orders when necessary, social media activities and of course some rum tasting
**About the role**:
- Champion the strategy for all events, maximise opportunities, build new relationships whilst leveraging existing ones.
- Establish a successful way to provide services at events.
- Be the main point of contact for events and to ensure all events are run in accordance with regulations.
- Organise and maintain events calendar ensuring our brand is represented effectively at as many relevant locations as possible.
- Organise stock, staff and offering associated with all event based activity within the business.
- You will be a great communicator, capable of building strong external relationships.
- Be commercially aware to provide cross selling and up-selling opportunities across each event.
- Experienced in the hospitality sector and/or the events industry
- You will be creative in your approach to ensure the brand is represented in the best possible fashion.
- You will be confident on social media and have the ability to create content if and when required.
- You will be able to manage a small team of personnel ensuring the smooth running of all events.
- Ability to work both locally but potentially nationally when required.
- A clean driving license will be required (vehicle provided for travel to and from events)
- Flexibility to work weekends required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
