**Mortgage Administrator / Bookkeeper**

**The role**:
A unique role is available for to work for a small, yet highly successful financial services provider who specialise in property finance.

This is a dual role, assisting with the day to day mortgage administration as well as the bookkeeping for a property portfolio.

Experience of bookkeeping essential, along with experience of utilising accountancy software such as Sage, Quickbooks, Freshbooks etc.

Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum 6 months mortgage administration experience.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Understanding of accounting software (Sage, Freshbooks, Quickbooks etc)
- Experience of administering BTL and / or Bridging Finance cases advantageous
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
