Howdens Joinery are looking for a Video Coordinator to join our team in Raunds to support with the creation of engaging video content across our business. As a FTSE 100 business with an ambitious growth agenda, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support our Multi-Media Content Manager in the implementation of our video strategy working with world class agencies.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of video content creation within a single content plan to support the marketing, internal comms and digital teams
- Interpret video briefs from marketing, internal communications, digital and training to ensure successful engaging content is produced
- Manage all content production (photography/film etc), ensuring it is in line with legal requirements to minimise brand damage
- Day to day management of external partners ensuring delivery of content to required standard and ensuring value for money
- Assisting the Multi-Media Content Manager in the occasional production of location photography
- Ensure video content is produced to agreed standards, regarding creation, distribution, maintenance ensuring one version of the truth for the business

**We are we looking for**:

- A degree or background in film, broadcast journalism or marketing
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a deadline-focused environment and able to adapt to the changing demands of the business
- A professional attitude and can think proactively on your own initiative
- The ability to organise and multitask various projects at any one time
- The ability to build and maintain working relationships both internally and with external suppliers
- Highly motivated, flexible, driven and resilient
- Video editing skills at a basic level and experience using Adobe Premier Pro (desirable)

This role will require travel to shoots across the UK.
