Client Solutions Initiative Lead - Categories

Home-Based: UK/Europe/US

IQVIA have an exciting new opportunity within our Real World Solutions team for a Client Solutions Initiative Lead, to work with our Real World Categories. You will have great exposure to the business, as well as being able to shape and develop the role within a new team.

Key Requirements/Overview:
- Project leads strategic initiatives in the Client solutions team; focused on Cross-category initiatives- This includes developing project plans, milestones and deliverables and get senior stakeholders buy in- Drive and implement the initiative and drive progress- Work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise- Track progress and follow-up on outstanding deliverables- Share progress with the leadership team

Initiatives:
Project leads, strategic Cross-Categories initiatives in the RW Client solution team:

- Set and maintain Categories cadence
- Own and develop client solutions SharePoint
- Organize competitor analyses with Categories
- RDS pull-through / Molecule to market initiatives
- Project manage Thought Leadership Initiatives
- Drive and input into cross-Client Solutions initiatives (across partnerships and GTM enablement)

Minimum Education, Experience & specialized knowledge required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and demonstrated operational or consulting experience- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, ideally within Project Management- Knowledge of business and management principles - including, planning, process, review, co-ordination of people and resource and operational success measures- Effective time management- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and ability to think critically- Excellent interpersonal, networking and communications skills, with the ability to build strong, efficient relationships with leaders- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
