Production Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to meet production goals
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production schedules
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
