**North Yorkshire Together is excited to be recruiting three full-time Youth Mentors** to shape and deliver an ambitious new secondary schools programme across **Scarborough and Whitby**.

We're looking for **committed**, **experienced** Youth Mentors who will undertake significant one-to-one work, as well as group facilitation, with a specific cohort of young people over 2.5 years. This is a brilliant opportunity to support **real and positive change to the lives of some of North Yorkshire's most vulnerable young people**.

The vast majority of your work will take place in a school **in the Scarborough or Whitby area**. From a personnel perspective, you will be directly employed by North Yorkshire Youth, however you will engage with team members from across organisations on a daily basis to work cohesively as Team North Yorkshire Together.

**Deadline**: 9am on Wednesday, 8th March 2023

**Interviews**: Tuesday,14th March 2023

**Annual Salary**:£26,110 per annum

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, with some evening and weekend work required (TOIL is given)

**Employment type**: Fixed term until 31st August 2025
