A vacancy has arisen for Production Operative within the Loading Bay Department.

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Duties**
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to their specification, and load documents are correctly filled out.
- Maintain the fast pace environment in line with production needs
- Liaise with the sales department.
- Assess carcass quality.
- Monitor and record carcass stocks.
- Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets.
- Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
