Carpenter Multi

**The Role**
Due to rapid growth and continuous success we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Carpenter Multi to join our Fortem team on our Lambeth branch. As a Carpenter Multi you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, this will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. **The Project**
The Carpenter Multis’ duties and responsibilities will include the following: - Completing reactive maintenance work and replacements as per the specification, working in a timely and productive manner. - Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required - Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects. - Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices - Affording excellent customer service to client representatives - Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner - Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times - Operating within the company’s occupational road risk policies and procedures Most importantly, you will be joining a values based business with a true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything that we do.
