The properties we look after often have special adaptions, depending on the Tenants specific needs and which provide a base from which local authorities can give care and support in a non-institutional environment..

To assist the Referrals Department in managing and liaising in the smooth coordination between internal Departments, External referral partners, local authorities and tenants in successful service user move ins. To help maintain the referrals information tracker to ensure all data is recorded and updated for reporting and record keeping purposes. Housing administrative and Marketing duties to promote voids, the company as a whole and encourage referral partners to use Myshon's services.
- To manage the referrals and move in diary, to ensure this can be used for forecasting.
- Liaise directly with Housing staff, referral partners and in some cases the tenants themselves, for move in arrangements.
- Chase relevant departments and external agencies on the outcomes of accepting referrals, address checks with PO and the if need is still there.
- Record any issues that prevent move ins or accepting referrals to either the Referrals Manager of Head of Lettings and Referrals.
- Be prepared to undertake a self-referral over the telephone or in person if necessary and record their risk assessment following Myshons step by step template questionnaire.
- To attend regular department meetings to review target areas and strategies to maximise occupancy.
- Continuously liaise with partners to understand their requirements. To feed this information back to Head of Lettings and Referrals and log accordingly.
- Be willing to undertake any other duties outside of your role as the organisation may require for time to time.
- Set up and finalised move in bookings with partners, the referral and housing team. Record these confirmed, predicted, and successful results.
- Prepare and create marketing material to promote stock. This should include photos, property information and costs relevant.
- Be prepared to travel to meet with partners, charities, local authorities, events and where appropriate to build relationships and show off stock.

**Skills, knowledge, and qualifications, experience**
- Previous experience working in the Supported Housing, Specialist Supported housing, Social Housing or Private sector would be an advantage.
- Diary or logistics experience would be an advantage.
- Experience working with the public, vulnerable adults, carers or support workers would be an advantage.
- Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and 3rd parties.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills; to balance multiple demands in a complex and changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- To be highly self-motivated and work with limited supervision.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
