The UX apprenticeship Programme is designed to immerse you into our Digital function whilst studying for your Digital UX Experience (BSc) to learn and build the skills to become a future Digital Specialist. You will complete the course whilst learning on the job on a role within our Digital team to both showcase** **your newly learnt skills** **as well as spending time across different areas to broaden your skillset and knowledge.

**What you’ll need to have**

You will need to have or be on track for:

112 UCAS points including at least 64 points from two A levels, or equivalent BTEC National qualifications. We accept AS levels. We accept General Studies.
OR
96 UCAS points from three A levels, including at least 64 points from two A levels, or equivalent BTEC National qualifications. We accept General Studies.
**It would be great if you also have**
- A passion for products and unlocking insight from data
- A desire to learn about user behaviours, emerging trends, and new technologies
- The ability to highlight problems and find creative, user-centered solutions
- Experience of delivering to tight deadlines
- First class stakeholder management skills, able to influence individuals at all levels within an organisation
- Change mindset
- An ability to challenge processes / figures and deliver efficiencies
- An ability to work well as part of a team, and be able to build effective relationships across the business both internally and externally with suppliers.
- A strong drive for self-development and growth
