WS Transportation is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to be based at our Knutsford Depot. As a pivotal member of our dynamic team you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our fleet operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Swift Resolution of Vehicle Breakdowns and Defects**:Proactively manage and address vehicle breakdowns and defects with a focus on swift resolution.
- **Exemplary Adherence to Fleet KPIs**:Adhere to Fleet KPIs ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- **Efficient Recharging Process**:Take charge of customer recharges for vehicle damage and other fleet-related fees.
- **Vehicle Tax Coordination **Lead the organisation of all vehicle documentation and streamline the vehicle tax compliance process.
- **Fleet Management System Maintenance**:Maintaining the fleet management system to uphold operational excellence.
- **Accident Escalation Management**: Handle the escalation of vehicle accidents to the appropriate stakeholders, showcasing a strategic and responsible approach.
- **Meticulous Documentation Organisation**:Issue order numbers promptly and efficiently, contributing to seamless workflow processes.
- **Engaging Collaboration**: Actively participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to collaborative decision making.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a composed and strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to actively engage in team activities, offering support to colleagues resources are stretched.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage a diverse workload.
- Proficient in PC usage, possessing advanced knowledge of Word and preferably Excel.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
