Our client, an extremely successful, prestigious property organisation in central Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join the team. Specialising in overseas investment, our client offers expertise in a broad spectrum of services to include sales, property investment, lettings and property management.

This role will involve selling off plan and new build properties in the ‘Northern Powerhouse’ as well as other cities across the UK.

Duties of the role will include:

- Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
- Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
- Pre-marketing property inspections
- Schedule and conduct sales viewings to source the best possible buyers
- Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
- Processing offers; confirmation letters and memorandum of sale
- Sales progression
- Property valuations
- Onboarding of new clients (landlords)
- Negotiating price adjustments with landlords
- Communicating with landlords/vendors from across the world with their best interests in mind at all times
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management

Basic salary is £25k - £28k plus commission OTE £35k - £45k. Working days are Monday to Friday with no weekends
