**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and through various communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Support promotional and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A team player with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
