Were currently looking for someone to join our Health and Safety team as a SHEQ Advisor in our Slough office, to help support all of our health and safety functions.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Matrix and its customers
- Implementing SHEQ plans, policies & procedures
- Carrying out SHEQ site inspections and audits
- Supporting the team with the preparation of site paperwork including Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Inductions and Toolbox Talks
- Assisting with Incident reporting and investigation
- Assisting with Sub-Contractor monitoring
- Attending SHEQ and site meetings
- Managing Health & Safety on all Matrix Networks sites across the company
- Ensuring all sub-contracts are approved in line with business policies
- Ensuring projects are undertaken in accordance with all current legislation
- Reviewing and monitoring Health & Safety programs
