You will also be required to work with your People Leader to support Resource Consultants with their development by providing training & Coaching.

You will work within a specific industry practice which best suits your skills and experience but you may also be required to assist in other areas/Teams should the business need arise.

**Key Objectives**
Building and nurturing a strong talent community through networking and conversations
- Working with Consultants to understand core client requirements and employer value propositions
- Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader team
Using Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source
Conduct face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer
- Attending Client briefings for vacancies and assess client requirements alongside your manager.

Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions
- Check client requirements in line with key processes and legislation.
- Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent pool
