We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our company to assist in managing our new website and growing or social media presence.

We are a small, friendly team and this position will be ideally suited to somebody with marketing experience in Digital Marketing who is enthusiastic and creative.
- **Job Role**_

The role will include working independently and with colleagues in the internal sales to gather ideas and provide content/campaigns we can promote.

You will have to be self-motivated, determined with a keen eye for the detail. You will be able to work on own initiative, possess strong communication skills and be always professional.
- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Create content, post, and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
- Oversee the performance of social media campaigns and make recommendations on areas for optimisation.
- Setting up FB ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant SEM tools.
- Explore ways to engage new social networks/contacts by inviting connections.
- Assist the Sales Manager/Director with the implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Produce monthly reports on the success of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with updating the company website with new content.
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing.
- Must have experience in content creating, website and social media platforms.
- Keen eye for detail and a creative spark.
- Deep knowledge of Social Media advertising platforms
- Knowledgeable about Canva, Photoshop, Meta suite and Buffer
- Self-motivating and able to work on your own initiative.
- Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations to meet deadlines.
- **Advantageous Skills**:_
- Understanding of Google Analytics and setting up Googles ads.
- E-Commerce designing and understanding of WordPress.
- Knowledgeable about Sendinblue,
- Programming skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

- £24,000 Per year - Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
