Sales Order Processor

Job Title: Order Processor
**Duties**:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, and pricing
- Enter order information into the system and ensure all required fields are completed
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details or resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues related to orders
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
