GI Pro are excited to be working with a fantastic Commercial Truck dealer group who operate at a national level and based in Stoke on Trent. Due to company growth, they are looking for an individual to join them as an experienced HGV Technician.
We require an experienced HGV Engineer who can ensure our clients automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. As a HGV Technician you will be required to service, adjust, and repair vehicles or components using the toolsin a safe and proper manner, efficiently, within the allocated time and to the required standard.

**Duties for the HGV Technician will be**:

- Service and Inspect Vehicles completely and report the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance
- To ensure all service and maintenance sheets, customer defect reports, manufacturer paperwork and electronic documentation, i.e., DAF-check, PDI sheets are fully completed and signed off.

**Applicants for the position of HGV Technician / Engineer should be able to demonstrate**
- Time served Technician with City & Guilds or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year post Apprentice experience.
- Diagnostics
- Safety Inspections
- Routine Maintenance
- General mechanical ability.
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible
