**WORKSHOP CONTROLLER**

GUILDFORD

Basic Salary £35k - £40k dependent on experience.

Richmond Motor Group are a highly successful, family run multi-franchise group of dealerships. Since we started in 1995 we have won many industry awards, including several from the manufacturers that we are partnered with.

We require a Workshop Controller to join our Service team in a fast paced working environment at our Guildford dealership. You will manage the use of workshop resources effectively, monitoring staff and workshop performance to high standards. As a Workshop Controller you will allocate work to the Technicians based on the mix of skills available and resolve customer queries according to dealership and manufacturers guidelines. You will be working directly alongside the Service Manager to ensure that the workshop runs in line with the front of house expectations. We are looking for a strong communicator to take a customer focused approach to their work and also have the skills to influence others to succeed.

**Hours**:45 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
