Personal Assistant to Head Teacher

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Head Teacher in their day-to-day operations. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Head Teacher's schedule, handling correspondence, arranging meetings,and ensuring their diary runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Head Teacher's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate with other members of the school leadership team and support staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the Head Teacher

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
- Knowledge of education sector and experience working in a school or similar environment is an advantage
