We are seeking an experienced commercial insurance broker to join our innovative, insurance distribution business.

They will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be well versed in using insurance policy administration systems and other IT but most of all, they will be able to show how their own personal values align with those of our firm.

We are flexible on working arrangements and are happy to offer either an entirely office based position or a hybrid role with attendance at our offices in Marlborough twice a week following the succesful completion of their probationary period.

The primary focus will be to secure new customers. Signficant lead generation and marketing support will be provided to achieve this objective. This work will involve:

- Attending trade shows and other networking events.
- Following up warm leads generated through our outbound team and responding to new, inbound enquiries.
- Advising customers on their insurance requirements and broking these programs into our panel of chosen insurer partners.
- Managing collation and issue of policy documentation and premium collection.
- Providing customers with ongoing insurance advice and support in the event of changes within their business.
- Working closely with customers to support and advocate on their behalf in respect of any claims.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
