Litigation Paralegal

**Our well-established client is looking for an experienced full time Litigation Paralegal to join their office in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join andassist in their highly regarded department.**

In your role, you will:
1. Assist partners/associates with the day-to-day management of their files, which may include: -- the drafting documents, including witness statements and court forms;
- preparing court bundles;
- legal research;
- liaising with, and meeting with clients; and
- assisting with general compliance and file administration tasks.

2. Manage their own caseload of small claim cases and debt recovery claims.
