Secretary to Managing Director

**About us**
**Norfolk Homes Ltd, a privately owned house builder based in Sheringham, have been building quality homes across Norfolk for 37 years.**
**The Role**
- Maintain and manage the Managing Director’s calendar, organising/booking appointments and meetings and acting as point of contact between him and internal/external personnel and customers
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
- Producing and updating spreadsheets, the company database, and additional record systems and reports that the MD uses on a daily basis
- General administration specific to the MD
- Front office reception cover - when required for holiday cover etc.
- Occasional minute taking as required by Managing Director
- Occasional admin for other senior members of staff if required
- Previous experience as a secretary preferable
- Excellent computer literacy is essential with full working experience of using Outlook, Excel, Word etc
- Excellent inter-personal & communication skills at all levels
- Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills
- Well organised and accurate with attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity on information gained through your duties
- Excellent written communication skills
**Working Hours and Remuneration**
- Full time role based in Head Office in Sheringham, Norfolk
- 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- 25 Days Holiday (in addition to all bank holidays)
- Company Pension Scheme
- 6 monthly bonus Scheme based on both personal performance and company performance
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
