**About the role**

AAK is seeking to appoint Inhouse Sales Support, this role assists other UK Account managers or sales support colleagues from other sites in the AAK Global family with any queries.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting Account Managers with their customer base including; price updates, contract entry and contract balances and forecasting using the Global Forecasting System.
- Processing orders and quotes for speciality products for the UK and export.
- Managing a small customer base with sole responsibility for negotiating prices, entering contracts and being the point of contact for queries.
- Supporting Account Managers globally with contracts, reconciling account commissions and agreeing invoices prior to payment approval.
- Assisting with overdue invoices, credit and debit notes.
- Managing and communicating sample requests.
- Setting up new customer accounts and delivery sites.
- Managing customer complaints.

**About you**
- GCSE or Equivalent
- Effective Communication
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Ability to have Interpersonal Relationships
- Knowledge of sales tasks, tools and procedures and the ability to support an organisation's sales plan and process.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilise practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer.
- Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and overall organisation of the customer support function or department; ability to properly support customer inquiries and bring problems to a timely resolution.
- Knowledge of and ability to assist customers with a specific type of support.
