CI Lead

Forming change isn’t easy. It takes a real skill, whether that is being naturally inquisitive or being influential out on the shopfloor or even in the board room, the best always need to have the people skills along with the technical ability. If you hold both of these traits, this could be a great progression opportunity for you.

As the CI Lead for the site, you’ll be able to drive sustainable continuous improvement to the factories operational processes. You will need to provide visual leadership and be hands-on to fully engage and coach/teach more effective ways of working through proven Lean techniques such as 5S, TPM, Value stream mapping, Kazien.

With a host of projects & new products being integrated into the site, we believe there couldn’t be a better time to join the business. With a clear progression route to more senior roles in the company. The client is open to number of different backgrounds from Manufacturing, Engineering or Business improvement.

Key responsibilities:

- A key role in shaping and developing all site operations.
- Building key relationships with Production, Engineering & Finance.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and efficiencies
- Working closely with the Head of CI to deliver the strategy.
- Being naturally curious.
- Driving change.
- Delivering training workshops.
- Using Lean tools.
- Optimising data capturing systems.
- Leading Kazien events.
