QHSE is a detailed system that offers a concrete context within which the company manages its health and safety operation as well as all aspects of its activities that are related to quality and the environment.

**Purpose of the Job**:

- To work within the QHSE team and report directly to the QHSE Manager to provide high level administrative support.
- To ensure that the information held in various company systems is kept up to date.
- To communicate statistical information to internal departments as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support QHSE Management with document and template creation.
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements, as per training policies, procedures, risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work etc.
- Assist QHSE Management with inputting and scheduling audit reports.
- Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of QHSE training sessions.
- Assist with the maintenance of compliance through proactive support of QHSE monitoring and continual improvement processes.
- Recording of QHSE issues.
- Support the QHSE Manager in managing ISO accreditations (for H&S, Quality and Environmental)
- Assist the QHSE Manager with Document Management and process improvement across the business.
- Assist the QHSE Manager in maintaining all QHSE actions and communications with internal staff members to ensure timely completion.
- Help to create and monitor internal systems in Quality Assurance and H&S.
- Help the QHSE Manager in maintaining various Quality related documentation such as non-conformance reports, internal audit schedules, procedures, and policies.
- The upkeep and management of environmental/health and safety accreditations and certifications.
- Assist in the implementation of any corrective action as necessary.
- Actively seek to improve the safety culture.

**Person specification**
- A good understanding of ISO Management Standards (14001, 9001 and 45001).
- Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of the use Microsoft packages including Outlook, excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Have accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to Integrated Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and development.

**Preferred but not required**:

- A recognised health and safety qualification.
- Hold a current driving licence.
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Internal auditor qualification

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
